At The Luxury Spa, we value your time and our commitment to providing an exceptional experience. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all guests, please review our cancellation terms below.

1. No Refund on Cancellations

Once an appointment is booked and payment is made, it is strictly non-refundable. This applies even if you cancel before the scheduled appointment time.

2. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Rescheduled appointments remain non-refundable if later canceled.

3. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for other guests.
  • No-shows (no attendance without notice) are treated as completed services with no refund or reschedule.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases where The Luxury Spa must cancel due to operational reasons, guests will be offered either a new appointment time or a service credit.
